We Teach Seminars

We teach children's ministry seminars, in English and Spanish, in various parts of the Americas, traveling out from our base in Henderson, in East Texas. We also now have available the complete children's ministry seminar teachings in English in printed format that can be sent via e-mail or airmail as a correspondence course with final diploma.

We Write and Produce Materials

We now have published two books in Spanish and one in English containing series of teachings for children and other dynamic ideas. A manual for training children's workers is also available in Spanish, as well as two excellent games that teach children Bible stories while having fun. (The games are available in both Spanish and English.) We also continue to produce other teaching materials with especial emphasis on those that can be sent via the Internet.

These materials are now being used in children's ministry in more than 20 countries world-wide.

We Work with Local Churches to Develop Children's Programs

We have worked for many years developing children's ministries in small and large churches with few resources, both in Mexico and Texas. The many ideas we have developed can easily be put to use in any church, both to teach the children within the church itself and also to reach to those outside.

"Races in front of a church are a great way to attract local children - and can be used as object lessons to teach about Jesus"

We Encourage Children to Get Involved in Missions

"Here are some of the 150 children, who were taught about missions by Shirley, during a Ladies Conference in Leon, Guanajuato. They are busy drawing pictures with Bible verses to compile a "Book of Love" which was later sent to children in Cuba."

We Have Great Ideas to Help Parents Teach their Children the Bible

We believe, according to Deuteronomy 6:6,7, that part of our responsibility as parents is to teach our children and grandchildren the Word of God. Too often we expect others, such as Sunday School teachers or private Christian schools to assume that responsibility. These can give valued additional teaching, but, since our faith is based on a personal relationship with Jesus Christ, our basic family relationship gives us a head-start on teaching spiritual truths and values to our children. We have developed some excellent ideas for telling Bible stories and teaching spiritual truths using simple games in the home, which we share in a 2-hour workshop entitled "Teaching your children the Bible using games".

(Please bear with us as we develop this new link to share games to use at home)
