What fun it was to see some friends that we had not seen for a long time.
Our best man, Vernon's brother Hoyt and wife Caroline, came all the way from Georgia to make this event.
A very special guest was Gena Williams. Gena lived with us for a year while she attended University of Houston Clear Lake years ago. She and her husband, Johnnie, came from Dallas to celebrate with us.
We had several friends who we knew in Clear Lake. Some still live there and some have moved to other areas. How great to visit once again.
Our neice, Julie and her husband, came from Austin and nephew, Scott and his family, made the trip from Lake Jackson.
Our grandson, Steven (left) and friend Matt, helped run the kichen and park cars.
Tim, Tina's husband, kept very busy
overseeing the kitchen and making a video.
Here they are with two of Tim's children, Kathren and Will.
Thank all of you for making the effort to help make this day so special for us.
