Black Sails in the Sunset - 1999
This is the GREATEST cd from AFI in my opinion i love the tracks on the cd where i can't even pronounce the name of it. The depth of the words alone could hypnotize any person. GOD CALLED IN SICK TODAY what great power, i have never been so compelled to a song. One other song on the album draws me in like that CLOVE SMOKE CATHARISIS they have great influence on the punk population. this cd recieves five skulls.
The Art of Drowning - 2000
A.F.I. the most respected band in Punk. the gothic lyrics the artistic style and spirit they put in their music. The truly distinct voice of Davey Havoc and the more complicated bass line of Hunter make the band as great as they are. this is their latest cd but not their last. I think this cd is good not great, this however, does not mean the cd is bad. The band has changed styles and that is what makes this cd different. This is a significant cd in the AFI collection and you should buy it.
