What has Cyber Sisters done for me?

Well what has Cyber Sisters done for me? I really don't know where to start but all I can say Cyber Sisters has truly blessed me and helped me at a time I my life.

When I was very down and struggling with my emotions of losing my Father who was my best friend in the world to colon cancer. As I was struggling with the battle of cancer myself.

All my lovely sisters who made me smile when I didn't feel up to smiling or laughing by emailing me a wonderful joke or a cute card or by makig a lovely email gift for my page.

Inspired me and lifted my spirits and gave me new hope that I became stronger and my will to live seemed brighter each day.

I am in remission now and loving my life I built my website The Corner Cafe from inspiration and love that my Father gave to me and all of you my Cyber Sisters.

I am now a published poet and writer and blessed with a good husband and a 15 year old nephew who now lives with us and has blessed our household with his prescence in our home.

All I can say is that Cyber Sisters is one of the most wonderful group of women I have ever met and I thank them from the bottom of my heart and soul.

I remember the past year when I was so sick I couldn't even leave the house b/c of my illness- my sisters made me laugh, made me cry, they cheered me up, kept my mind off of my own problems by sharing their good times & bad, happy & sad times with me. They gave me strength and encouragement . Without these wonderful sisters, I don't know what I would've done during that period. My bestest friends are my cybersisters!

And the love I feel for them is too deep to describe.

I'm very proud to be a part of this wonderful group. Answering a question like this is difficult, because, the list is so long of what this group has done for me.

For starters, it has taught me to care about others, and love them un-conditionally. It has taught me to trust "strangers" in the strange and scarey world we live in. though, like every child, our parents told us not to. I closed myself off to "outsiders", because of the fear of strangers, but here in this group, there are no strangers!! I have learned to be more compassionate, more caring, and have opened up, and shared feelings that even my own immediate family doesn't know about. I have learned that there is some good in everyone we meet, if we just look for it. I was pretty well brow beaten as a child, and never felt like I was worth much to anyone else but my family, and I have found friendships that I treasure, and hope and pray will last all the rest of my life.

I love the sisters in this group, and owe them so much for their un-selfish acts of friendship, their shoulders to cry on, and the peace found in their comforting ways, when I needed them the most. They are always there when you need them, whether it's to laugh, cry, vent your frustrations, brag on a loved one, need a pat on the back, voice your opinion, or just need some one to say "Hey, I'm here if you need me, I love you, and I care!!"

I can't imagine my life without the Cyber Sister's!! I love them all!!!.............

Plenty..To much to really mention it all.... Well when I first got this little black box I started thinking there has to be more out there,then things I had seen so far....So one day I started checking things out and came upon another group..They seemed friendly enough and still are I might add!!!! But one of the ladies had cybersisters in her addy so I thought I would check that out and I am so glad that I did....

You know you never really know if you can trust who your talking to on the internet but that is so different in this group...

Now let me tell the truth my first few times in the group people seem to ignore you when you made comments. And I hung in there and one day things just changed and that first person who spoke to me and changed my whole view on the Cybersisters was Nancy.(Alias..GUESS WHO) She encourgaed me to stay in the group and I am SO GLAD that I did....

I look forward to coming home each nite to see what you all are up to.I must say it has gotten Better and Better...And if your busy and can't write each day when you do come back you are always WELCOMED with OPEN ARMS...And it is always as if you have NEVER been gone.

I Really Love the secret pals getting to know you better one on one...

You ladies care and it shows I try to always treat others as I want to be treated and this is a Great Group of Sisters....It is always nice to come home to you sisters......

Sense rejoining Cyber Sisters all i did all day ..when i wasn't at work was to surf the web or make tons of email pages and TRY to no avail to build a web page (with no clue there lol)! Now i have something to look foreward to and look every few hrs to see if anyone has e-mailed me. I have very few friends beinga loner most of my life.. now i hope i can make the friends and have the sisters i have always wanted.I was not a easy person to make a friend, sense getting my web now i can learn that i am not the only lonely person in this world. Sharing my heart my friendship, in good times and bad,happy and sad Thank you for this wonderful oppertunity to do this.

When my mother was diagnosed with lung cancer May 2000 I could not find a hole to swallow me up in. I browsed through the Web and found this group of women who have given me something to look forward to everyday. I laugh and cry at the pages they send me of hope and humor. That is the most important things in life. I have chatted with a few and I find we have so much in common. I am so glad to be a part of the sisters, as I don't have one in person. I can talk freely and openly about lifes challenges. Thank you for your warm welcome and for being there for me. As I hope to be there when your lifes challenges arise.

I would like to thank the gals that put Ciber Sisters together. It was inspiring an their patr. It is a wonderful place to meet so many nice pepole.

I got into Ciber Sisters by vewing the home pages of my sisterin,"Grandmas Porch", made by Jean Clark.While vewing her pages,I also viewed her guest book and came across a cute webpage made by Margie. I just had to sign that page and so here I am.

I have meet some very lovely people of all ages and I am very happy to call them friend.

When I get home from work at night, I come to my computer sit and relax for a couple hours before I go to bed. It is so nice to have a glass of ice tea, visite friends and relax before I call it a day.
