Hello! Welcome to the Harry Potter Domain. First of all, I would just like to say that over the past year-and-a-half, I have seen some of the most awesome sites, ever. However, my favorite was always the Unofficial Harry Potter Fan Club (UHPFC). Around a month ago, when I visited, a message was posted that Jenna, the webmaster, would not be updating until around summertime. I would just like to say that I congratulate Jenna on a wonderful site and cannot wait until summer when it's updating again. So, from all of your fans and I, we love you Jenna, and are ready to hear from you in the summer!
Besides that, I have created around ten sites since I learned HTML in July 2000. However, it was never good enough. I'd think that I had done the best I could, but then saw another site and said to myself, "Oh, wow, Callie, you've got to make it as good as that!" I first started the Harry Potter Domain in November 1999. All it started out was a Hogwarts RPG on the Homestead sitebuilder. I decided to expand into the HPD using the Basic Editor in Angelfire. It was in March 2000 I shut down the site. I was getting bored of Harry Potter and constantly updating the site. In July, when I finished the fourth book, I started the site again using HTML.
Reading the Goblet of Fire had boosted my level of Harry Potter excitement. The site was a lot of fun and by listening to my Harry Potter tapes, I updated regularly. But in October, I had to start my science project. My project was to build a site in three different ways: through an HTML editor, in Microsoft Word, and in Microsoft Front Page Editor. Doing this took up all my time on the computer and I was not able to continue the HPD. I left a note on the old site saying "Visit back in February 2001." Little did I know I would win the Science Fair with my project. Once again I was working on the project in February. Then came March, along with Spring Break. I moved the site, rearranged, built it back and, viola! Here it is! Thank you everybody for making this site the best it can be. I have a lot of stuff coming soon, like an adoption agency with animals from the Harry Potter books, and Hogwarts will be up and running before you know it. 16/3/01:Guess what? I got those new Schoolbooks, and they're great! I especially liked Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them, because it's got got all these little notes Harry and Ron put in them. Please get them, they're great! 13/3/2001: I put the site into a table, I think it looks nicer this way, don't you think?
