Little is known about Devant's 3rd childe, except for the fact that she was created in late 1999 as some sort of experiment in blood manipulation. Although this experiment failed, Devant did not seek to destroy her for his own failure. After 6 months of study with Devant, he drove her to the airport alone and she hasn't been seen since. Nobody knows where she currently is, only that the ghouls rumor to have heard Devant speaking to her on the phone about once a week.
