Little is known about Darrell Neeley other than he is secretive while still being open. He is very kind to his friends but will brook little interference from those who are not considdered close. He has no regard for those who turn from him and brooks no return whatsoever on that standpoint. He has worked all over the world as a mercenary and an assassin though he has now retired and plays politics, information, and on occasion, the Jyhad.

While it may seem strange for one of such a martial background, Darrell is one of the best sources for information of a rare type to be found. If you can think of it, he can generally find something out about it. Ordinarily, more than it wants known.

He is a very Enigmatic man who has a love for information that rivals that of the best Nosferatu combined with the business sense of the ventrue and the slander capabilities of the toreador. Darrell is a true master of assassins in that he holds no illusions that he can be beaten and will flee a fight and return with another tack.
