1/2 pint of water. carbs 0 sugars 0 sodium 0
Instructions.

getting this ready is simple and fast since it is really only 2 ingredients the time to prepare it is very short, the whole time should take about 15 minutes.

Now get a pan big enough to hold 6 cups of water, add the 1/2 pint of water which is 8 ounce's, and then open the can of campbell's baked beans and dump them in the pan of water, heat and stir them on medium heat. when they start to slow simmer turn heat to low heat and let the pan sit there while you get the hotdogs ready.

Getting the hotdogs prepared is simple just take one hotdog and cut it in to 10 peices,
reapeat with the second hotdog so you have 20 peices.
dump, the hotdog peices in to the beans, turn the temp back up to medium heat.

stir the beans and dogs to keep from burning the beans, for another seven minutes.
Now its time to eat, take your measuring cup for 1 cup and place the beans and dogs in a bowl with that cup making sure you get 5 peices of hotdog in every cup and serve it.

To make this western style beans and dog's is simple, use 1 tablespoon red pepper in beans when you are simmering them on the stove, and add 1 tablespoon of sage when you are ready to put the beans and dogs in to the bowls to serve, if you add the sage in to each bowl then just add 1 teaspoon of sage in each bowl.
