Roving Cowboy's Kids Grilled Cheese

2 slices of bread 35 cal earthgrains =carbs 16, sugars 0, sodium 130 miligrams
2 table spoons of land o lake's unsalted butter =carbs 0, sugars 0, sodium 0
2 slices of kraft chedder cheese =carbs 0, sugars 0, sodium 260 miligrams
Instructions.


heat skillet on medium high temp. for 2 minutes
spray non stick cooking oil on it or use a non stick skillet.

take two slices of bread spread butter on one side of each slice and place
each slice in the now hot skillet with butter'ed side on the skillet.

take the two slices of cheddar cheese and place on 1 slice of bread,
wait 30 seconds and use spatula to flip other slice of bread with out cheese
on to the top of the one with the cheese making sure you put the non butter'ed
side on the cheese, wait another 30 seconds and flip the whole sandwich over
and finish toasting that side for another 30 seconds.

remove from skillet place on plate cut in to six peices for serving.

if making more repeat the steps above but on the second grilled cheese turn the
temp down to medium heat because the skillet is still hot from the first grilled
cheese.
