Advancing Clinic With Jenny Vaught

Jenny Vaught came all the way from Pleasant Hill, Missouri to Amarillo, Texas to give a two day Advancing Clinic. "What's an Advancing Clinic?" I asked Dad. Dad explained that there were a lot of different levels of experience among the participants, but everyone's horsemanship skills would be ADVANCED. I know that's true, because Dad gained some ground. (I can't wait till we pass our Level 2 and head down towards Level 3!)

Testing For Level 1 and Level 2

Velvet's Mom didn't get around to taking pictures until the clinic was over on Saturday. We have pictures of 2 people testing for their level 1. That's Carol, Steve and Dana.

Dad and a handsome young coyboy named Steve (Velvet's Mom made me write that!) were busy taking parts of their level 2 test.

Velvet's Mom said that Steve rides like an Indian Warrior. Me and Dad think that Steve is just a regular guy, but I saw him in the arena chatting up Velvet's Mom. I guess she thinks he's a pretty good guy!
