Welcome to my page About Me
Won't you come in?
I hope you'll enjoy your visit
while I tell you a little about myself.
~A Sonnet To Thee~
For I have loved thee with a love,
That knows no bounds nor time;
As if for all eternity,
Thy soul twas knit to mine.
Before the starlight flickered,
Across the azure sky;
My heart was searching for thine heart,
Thy soul searched there for mine.
Then there as if twas guided,
By a gentle loving hand;
Our souls were drawn together,
As by some greater plan.
Long 'fore my eyes looked into thine,
Before I knew thy face;
I knew thee in this heart of mine,
Across all time and space.
Before thy voice fell on my ear,
I heard thee in my soul;
A promise there of love to come,
Of beauty to behold.
For I have loved thee with a love,
That knows no bounds nor time;
And for all eternity,
My soul is knit to thine.

I've lived in the San Francisco bay area
for most of my young adulthood.
I first moved to San Diego at age 19,
then found myself working and living in
Los Angeles. After awhile I moved back home
to Houston, Texas but missed the near perfect
weather of California. So I moved back,
only this time settling in San Francisco.
How I loved the Golden Gate bridge
shrouded in mist.
I thought it the most breathtaking sight.
Sausalito for wandering in the quaint shops.
Then I bought a home in Sacramento
but continued to work at Kraft Foods
in San Francisco.
Eventually the 100 mile commute led me
to sell my first little house
and found a new home in Pacifica.
Where every day the drive home
on Coast Hightway One gave me
the most breathtaking view of the ocean.
I loved California and always will feel
at home there. Then 12 years ago,
I came home on a vacation and
learned both my parents had
congestive heart failure.
So I sold my California home
and moved back here to Northest Texas.
And here I will remain.
And of course! I love Texas, too.
Thanks for coming to my site.
I hope you like it here.
This page is dedicated to my Mother,
a lady of legendary beauty
and a heart of gold.
Here is a picture of my mother,
my daughter and myself.
I Love You, my precious Mother.
Dedicated to my Mother.
The words of this song by
Lady Viperhawk for her mother
has touched my heart.
The words of this song will
live forever in my heart.
~For Mama - Her Song~
Mama, how I love to hear that name
I know so well and true.
I wonder if you remember when
time just seemed to fly on by.
The sweetest gift you ever gave me
were your tender loving eyes.
How I remember the good old days
singing songs straight from the heart.
There were times when I would go off key
but you would smile from the start.
I remember all the laughter
you shared when times got rough,
But most of all I remember, Mama
all the love that brought me up.
And Mama, can't you remember when
everything was fresh and new.
Springtime brought the pretty flowers
but only you could make them bloom,
And when I think of roses red,
I always think of you.
How I remember the good old days
playing hopscotch on the lane.
There were times when I would stumble
but you would say to try again.
I'll remember all the laughter
you shared when times got rough,
But most of all, I'll remember, Mama,
all the love that brought me up.
Thanks to Lady Viperhawk
for all your help in building this page
