Hot Cha, Cha, Muffins
1 1/3 C. flour
3/4 C. cornmeal
1/8 C. sugar
1 C. milk
1/8 C. dried hot peppers crushed
2 t. baking powder
2 eggs, beaten
1/8 C. oil.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Grease or spray muffin tins or use paper
liners. Combine dry ingredients and peppers. Stir in milk, oil, and
eggs. Stir until JUST moistened. Pour into tins. Bake 20-25 minutes
or until golden brown.
