Southern Scramble Eggs
Ingredients:
1.. 1 egg(depending on number of birds, I use 1 egg for two birds),
2.. 1 Tbsp. chopped collard greens,
3.. 1-2 slices of green pepper, red pepper(or any pepper)-chopped,
4.. 2 Tbsp. of fresh or frozen corn,
Preparation:
Microwave on high for about 1-2 minutes(2 if you used frozen veggies, 1 if you
used fresh), until egg is thoroughly cooked. Allow to cool to room temperature
or cooler and serve to birds. Freeze any uneaten portions in the freezer for
another day.
