Parrot Corn Bread
2 boxes corn muffin mix
2 eggs -- washed, shells finely crushed
Apple or apple-carrot juice -- same amount as called
for in box recipe for milk
1 jar baby food sweet potatoes or yams
1 jar baby food green beans with rice
Fresh broccoli -- put through food processor
Fresh carrots -- put through food processor
Fresh zucchini -- put through food processor
Walnuts and almonds -- put through food processor
Mix all ingredients well and bake until done. Cool and cut into 1 to
2-inch
squares, wrap in plastic wrap or place in Ziploc bags and freeze
until used.
Warm slightly before serving
