Council Shoulder Patches With Valuation Guide

April 17, 1970 marked the beginning of a new era in the hobby of BSA patch collecting. On that date, the BSA National Supply Division notified local councils that the Council Shoulder Patch (CSP) was authorized for uniform wear. Since that date, the authors....Jim Ellis....Tom Jones....Steve Austin....(David Franck and Don Hook prior to them)....have valiantly attempted to collect the escalating number of issues produced by the BSA.
