Tarrant Amputee Network
Tarrant Amputee Network would like to thank Sophia & Jack Bassett of CIMOIC for taking the time to speak at our monthly meeting in May. CIMOIC is a distributor of durable medical equipment, special needs equipment, diabetic and ostomy supplies and is also an approved Medicare/Medicaid provider. Sophia & Jack brought 2 of their equipment specialists Chima and Doris who showed us manuel and motorized wheelchairs (3 different styles were shown at the meeting) as well as diabetic supplies (such as glucose machines, lancets, shoes). Jack Bassett being a social worker also gave great advice to many of our members that really needed the assistance. Again, thank you for being at our meeting and we look forward to having you back in the future.

Tarrant Amputee Network would like to thank Hanger Prosthetic and Orthotics for their donation to the group of a wonderful coffee machine. The coffee machine has come in very useful to the members of the group. A contribution like that is very thoughtful and will be put to great use for many months/years in the future. Also would like to thank you for providing us with some of our monthly snacks trays for the group. The members always enjoy the little snacks during the meetings.
