Hydroid

Small, aquatic robots that resemble jellyfish. They can be encountered in the underwater sections of Bubble Man's realm in Mega Man 2. These mechanoids always travel in groups and home in on intruders using sonar scans. They attack by rending their targets to pieces with their spinning blades at close range. However, even in large numbers, Hydroids aren't much of a threat because of the ease in which they can be destroyed.

Materials:
Cardboard, plastic, electrical wire, a pencil tip, white glue, hot glue, and paint.

Dimensions:
5.5 cm/2.2 in. x 4.0 cm/1.6 in. (highest point x widest point)

Articulation:
The blades rotate.

Time:
Unknown; this figure's creation occured before I started keeping thorough records of my work (which means it was made sometime prior to May 30, 2004).
