Toby was traded in so that they could have another dressage horse for the place. He was Crystal’s new horse to show and start on jumps. When he was brought to Freedom Acers he had no nickname so Jess made a draw for the students that approved the most. Two students were chosen to pick the name Jane, who has taken lessons for four years and John, who had just started. They both agreed on the name, “Toby.” So as one of the quieter stallions around they are hoping someday he will be good enough for the advanced riders to use.
