Mars is definitely an interesting horse to work around and has more training than most horses do in their entire life. He is a Knapstrup horse, which is very uncommon breed around these parts and has spots that make him look a little like an Appaloosa. The Circus was his job before, everything from people doing tricks on his back to having tigers ride him with protective gear on. This boy has always had a different life but at the age of ten he was retired from the business since the Circus decided to go from a different angle and Mars was no longer needed. They told Freedom Acers that he was named Mars after the God of War and it just seemed to suit his personality. Though here at the ranch he doesn’t have half as much excitement though Jess has hired a new girl that use to train trick horses and she does all sorts of tricks with Mars and a few of the other stallions including Ultra and Achilles, hoping someday to make an entire show out of it. Though for right now Mars is at Rocky Reins, performing only in front of the workers until his next fifteen minutes of fame comes.
