Spike and Vicious used to be in the Red Dragon Mafia gang. Now when ever Spike and Vicious meet it ends up if a fight. Both of them are evenly matched in the fights it seems. Julia is one of the reasons for this. They bothed liked her and competed for her. Other than that we dont really know about the past, since we only see short glimpses in Spikes flash backs. But yeah Vicious is not some one you want to have after you because he will kill.
