Halo 2 not so good?
I regret to inform all of you that I am not a fan of Halo 2. I love Halo 1 and think that Halo 2 is an okay game but is it all that it is cracked up to be. When Halo 1 came out I was impressed. I thought that it was a great game that was not like many things that we had seen before. I played through the game on my beloved Xbox Betty and still enjoy putting it in and playing it today, but Halo 2 on the other hand…
The new features are fun for the game. I mean who doesn’t love to be the bad ass with two killer Covenant Plasma Rifles. This feature is fun, in the game. This feature though has ruined online play for Halo. Who does not know how playing online Halo works, all you do is kill everyone. Duel wielding though has made it so you cannot have a strategy when killing no its all-just get two weapons and then you win. This is not a good thing. That means that there are people who are winning not because they are good at the game no there winning because they are lucky.
Again I understand that you guys want it for the online play but isn't Unreal Tournament just as good if not better as a interactive shooter. And not everyone looks the same, this is good cause who wants to look like everyone else. So if you are one of the many people who spend all there time playing Halo 2 online then just buy unreal its better. Actually a lot better.
I do like Halo for the game but if you actually want a good game to play online then you should just play unreal.
The first Halo had an original story in which well we all know it so need to go into it. But the new one has the same plot. Aliens come they try to kill you kill them your face never revealed fight of hordes of baddies, your team kind of stupid, ships go boom, you drive in warthog. That is fun the first time the second time its not good when I put about $70.00 dollars down to get the damn thing and another $20.00 just to buy it. Seriously some one should have warned us that it was the same game maybe then I could have run and hidden from the disaster that is Halo 2.
The graphics for this game ARE EXACTLY THE SAME as Halo 1. Yep that’s right I am not going to lie. The games graphics are not that much better. I hat to say it I love Halo 1 I wanted Halo 2 to be good but come on now was it really worth all the time that it took to go and get it and all the time they took to make it, TO MAKE THE SAME GAME.

I understand if you don’t agree with me. I know a lot of people love Halo 2. The game is ok, but does it deserve the respect it gets, no not really. I will still support the Halo franchise but bungie lost a little of its luster the day that Halo 2 came out. Halo 1 to me will always pwn Halo 2.
