What's
the big idea?
It's
time for the front line folks to make a difference! The CSR Advisory
Group will be your voice! This group was created to have your ideas put
in place to help Customer Care grow within the company. Posters
will be located throughout the Call Centers and the Front Counter.
As a Group we will also be soliciting your ideas during the month, just
look for our Logo!
What's the BIG IDEA ?
The
group will meet Bi-weekly on Wednesdays and Fridays
and look over your ideas and suggestions and come up with a plan of
action on how your ideas/suggestions can be implemented.
The
group can be reached via email under CSR Advisory Group or leave a
message from an IP phone by pressing 6600 ext. 4270. You can fill out
suggestion forms and place them in one of our new boxes.
QUARTERLY CSR QUESTIONAIRE
The Advisory group will do quarterly
questionaires to help gauge your feelings on areas that affect you in
the Call Center.
