I have unbelievable heavy periods. Well, heavy natural periods. Now that I am on the .Pill. they are much much lighter, but kinda gross, I'm thinking that's because it messes with my body.

Anyways, I used to get very nauseous and weak during my .period. and much of it was due to blood loss. My periods were like a tap. It'd turn on and the bleeding wouldn't stop for almost 6y-7 days! It was very thick, dark red blood. (The colour of your blood can signify health problems according to Chinese medicine, my blood was dark signalling I have too much heat in my body.)
My blood would have few clots and would be quite runny at times. The blood coming into contact with oxygen would also make my vagina smell quite foul.

Now that I am on the .Pill., the blood flow is a lot lower, in fact it comes out mostly in clots, which means less mess, but also meaning I'm much less healthy than before. It comes out randomnly, and isn't a constant flow, and it only lasts as long as I am on the sugar pills.
But I spot now. That means my .Pill. dosage isn't high enough. It's not really bad spotting, but starting from my 5th last day of the .Microgynon 20 ED. Pill I begin to notice small patches of blood on my .knickers.. This should stop with a higher dosage pill which I am now taking.
