Blow My Whistle Baby(pWned Remix): This is a remix of the song The Whistle Song (Blow My Whistle B**ch) by Dj Alligator Project. The song is on Dance Dance Revolution MAX 2 in the Arcade, and the PS2 version. It was one of the first songs I played for DDR, one night when I went to the Dream Machine in the Maine Mall, I had never played DDR before so I began to play. Of course, it was my first time playing, so I sucked. Really sucked. But I was apparently much better than my cousins Kevin and Steven (both took alternating turns playing). As I laboriously spun my legs in a frenzy of motion and blinking pink and blue lights deafened by uproariously blaring Asian techno/pop music, I saw out of the corner of my eye my cousin Steven (he's the younger one, a year and a 2 months younger than me) abhorringly try to step on these impetiously fast steps in vain. It was after 2 or 3 songs that as Steven was scrolling through the 106 songs and listening to their 12 second samples, that we stumbled upon this gem of a song that we call The Whistle Song. Even though we both got a bad score on it, we felt all the way through it that this song, no matter how bad the score was worthing coming to mall many times after for. And their you have it, folks, my little story about this song and more importantly the beginning of my love for the game of DDR. If you ever are blessed enough to be indulged in the happy game, remember this song.
D.A.R.E.: The longest song yet. This is a mix of a bunch of cool songs that are recent in the world of electronica. The reason for the title is unknown, I didn't know what to call it. The highest beats per minute (bpm) is 340, which is very fast.
It's Always the Yogurt: I was randomly surfing voice wavs web pages when I stumbled upon a bunch of Dennis Leary's sound clips from various movies. This one, "It's always the yogurt, sprout-eatin' m***********!" just stuck with me. It felt a little out of place in this song at first, but I found that this is the nature of this particular track. Anyway, this song has a dark underworld feeling. When the "scratching" sound comes full circle, ;)...
Face 2 Face ~The Claw Remix~: This song is currently the most celebrated among the few who have listened to the songs. I'll agree, because it has a peculiar charm to it, mostly because of the joyful high-pitched synthesizers!
MFFB Rave Loop: This one was one of my first. If you listen closely, the loopped ID3 tags are a little hashed, but that is in accordance with the rave-like music, which is most suitable in a high state. :P
