The Enforcers are the three main henchmen working for Valmont and the Dark Hand. They consist mainly of Chow, Finn, and Ratso, but can often times include other nameless lackies in the earlier seasons. In Season 1, Tohru is the lieutenant of the Enforcers, while in Season 2 onwards, Hak Foo takes that position. As the Dark Hand falls under through the progression of the series, the Enforcers end up working for the highest bidder. Their careers with Valmont and Shendu end in Season 2 only to be picked up by Daolon Wong in Season 3 and Tarakudo in Season 4. Season 5 has Drago initially turning the Enforcers into dragon-like warriors. Their ineptitude, however, sees the Enforcers being replaced by Strikemaster Ice and his crew, but they still appear on occasion. The Enforcers are only partially adept fighters, and are usually bested by Jackie Chan, even when they attempt to fight him three-on-one. They occasionally have weapons to help them, such as electric swords, guns, or other weapons, but they never seem to aid them very much. Despite this, they are still devoted to serving the wishes of whomever boss they might be working for at the time.  "Jackie Chan! Long time, no rumble!" Appears in: Almost every episode Chow is one of the Enforcers. He wears sunglasses that apparently also function as regular glasses, as Chow is nearsighted. He is the smallest of the Enforcers, and as a result, probably one of the most nimble and skilled with weapons. Chow is most likely Chinese.  "That'll teach you to mess with Finn 2.0." Appears in: Almost every episode Finn is one of the Enforcers, and out of the three he acts most like a leader. He is usually the one making demands, or leading the group on some kind of mission. Finn is also an obvious fan of disco, as well as KISS. Considering his red hair and name, Finn is most likely of Irish decent.  "Hey... I can make grilled cheese sandwiches whenever I want!" Appears in: Almost every episode Ratso is one of the Enforcers. He is the largest and strongest of the three, and possibly the least intelligent. Ratso always wears a bandage over his nose for some reason. He is secretly a collector of Gnome Kop and Turbo Troll action figures. |
