JGTC Race Cars!

JGTC stands for Japan Grand Touring Champoinship. It is simply the best racing event in the world. The most intense, the most exciting and simply the best. Of course, the race cars are of superb quality too! One of them is none other than the Skyline GTR! They were the champions of the 2003 season. These are the best GTRs ever made in history. Unfortunately, the GTR has retired from JGTC. In the 2004 season, the Z33 Fairlady (350Z) stepped up to take over the GTR's place in the GT500 series. This page was made to commemorate these super racers. Long live GTR!

The Nissan Skyline R34 GTR!! Team Nismo owns the #22 Motul Pitwork GTR and the #23 Xanavi Nismo GTR. These are super light and wide cars made to race with full roll cage and huge racing brakes. Powering this carbonfiber and aluminum structure is the VQ30DETT. A V6 air-cooled twin turbo engine putting out 500HP!! The #23 car was the overall championship of the 2003 season!
