"Project Writers Unite"
Volunteer With PWU
Although our group is small, we are a very active group with events
and projects going all the time. We need as much support as possible to keep our
group running and to help it grow. That's why we are always on the look out for
volunteers to help with the development of Project Writers Unite.
There are seveval volunteer opprotunities available with Project Writers Unite:
- The Organizational Committee - This committee
is the main decision making body of PWU. This group consists of the executive
level positions (President, VP, Treasurer, Secretary), Commitee Chairs, and
Key Operations Positions.
- Committees - There are several committees
that ypu can volunteer with. These committees include Marketing, Events, Publicity,
Public Relations, etc... These committees help promote our group and to develop
new activites.
- Events - PWU puts on events throughout the
year. They range from our monthly meetings to public readings and perfrormances.
We always need people to help out in planning these events or setting up/cleaning
up.
