Toon Combo
Well hear is an interesting combo and I am not 100% sure it is legal but if the Rulings are correct than it is.
Ok we all know the card scapegoats they can sometimes be good cannon solider ammo and protection. But the one bad thing is that you cannot use then for a tribute summon correct. Well there is an exception to that. When you summon and special summon a card there is a difference a special summon is a card summoned by another cards effect or a by the help of a spell or a trap card. Well there is a way to tribute scapegoats in order to special summon the toons that require tributes. Ok here is what you have to do.
Play scapegoats tribute as many needed for A toon card like Toon Blue Eyes or toon Summon Skull too. Some might say oh that is illegal but it is not. The card scapegoats says:

Type: Quick-Play Magic
When this card is activated, you cannot summon any monster in the same turn
(including Flip Summon and Special Summon). Place 4 "Sheep Tokens"
(Beast-type/EARTH/1 Star/ATK 0/DEF 0) in Defense Position on your side of the
field. The tokens cannot be used as a Tribute for a Tribute Summon.
Ok so you cannot use them for a tribute summon but when you tribute for a Toon it is a special summon so it is legal 100%.
