Striped Purple School Dress

Striped Purple School

The cap sleeve dress is made with a pink and white stripe. The pink stripe is edged with purple.

The round neckline is trimmed with a piece of bias tape made out of the dress material. On the yoke of the dress is a pale lavender v trimmed with purple rickrack. Two white snaps on the back.

The full skirt is gathered, with a pocket on the front made out of the lavender used on the yoke, trimmed with a bias piece of stripe material. The pocket is functional.

It is tagged "Ideal Toy Corp. Hollis, N.Y." on the inside back of skirt.
