Windmill School Dress

This a Little Miss Revlon dress, I have not seen it in any of the books, catalogs, or the Little Miss Revlon booklet that came with the doll.

Windmill Dress

This dress is made with a blue and white striped cotton. The bodice of the dress is made with a plain horizontal stripe with short sleeves. There are four rows of black rick rack on the front. The neckline is trimmed with white rick rack.

The waistline has a "belt" of black gross-grain ribbon.

The full gathered skirt is made of a vertical stripe with black windmills. There are two snaps on the back for closure.

It also came in a pink version.

This is tagged "Ideal Toy Corp. Hollis, N.Y.", on the inside back of skirt.
