Before writing out this e-mail, you must have read and understood the Code of Conduct page of this website. Within the e-mail, there are certian pieces of information that need to be stated, other than "I want to join the Syndicate." Here is the required information you need to state in you application e-mail.

Character Name: Your Vagrant Space character name.

Forum Name: Your Vagrant Space Forum Member name.

E-mail Address: Very important. It is the pirmary form of contact.

Desired Codename: An alternate name for your character so that your character's identity will remain hidden. The name may be no more than two words long.

Desired Job Class: See the Membership Information page and look under the "Deciphering Character Codename Coding (First two digits)" table for rank classes.

AOL Screen Name: This is also improtant, but not required. The Syndicate requests that (if you have not already) download AOL Instant Messenger and have a screen name that is your Codename. For example, G1RB087-BILLY BOB's sceenname would be Billy Bob. So that you can attend meetings.

Other Forms of Contact: Any other forms of contact you wish to state.
