SOLO IMPROVISATION

1. Brush your teeth.
You just woke up. You have an awful taste in your mouth so you decide to go to the bathroom and brush your teeth. While you are brushing your teeth you remember that you forgot to study for the math test that's 1 ½ hours from now!! This is not necessarily a silent improv. Keep it honest and real! Don't over-act.

2. Have a bowl of cereal.
You just woke up. It's Saturday morning no school yeah! You are really hungry and a big bowl of your favorite cereal sounds great. Go to the kitchen and do it. At some point while you're eating your cereal, you realize there's a bug in the bowl. This is not necessarily a silent improv. Keep it honest and real! Don't over-act!

3. Comb your hair.
You just woke up. Time to get ready for school. You go in the bathroom and realize that your hair is really tangled and a mess. Brush or comb your hair until it's right. During this time you also remember that your boy or girl friend broke up with you last night on the phone and you'll be seeing them at school today. This is not necessarily a silent improv. Keep it honest and real! Don't over-act!

4. Take the dog for a walk.
One of your jobs around the house is to take the dog for a walk when you get home from school. Go get the dog, put on the leash and away you go. While you're walking the dog, you see someone across the street that you really don't like and REALLY don't want them to see you. This is not necessarily a silent improv. Keep it honest and real! Don't over-act!

5. Take a test.
You are taking a test at school. You really want a good grade out of this class, but you forgot to study for this test today. You know cheating is wrong, but you also know that you deserve a good grade, because you've worked so hard otherwise. The person sitting next to you always does well on the test so you decide to copy his or her answers with the teacher or the student seeing you. This is not necessarily a silent improv. Keep it honest and real! !! Don't over-act!

6. Drive a car.
You just got permission to take your parents car for a drive around the block. They have never let you touch their car without them in it and you don't have a car of your own. While driving, you almost hit a dog. This is not necessarily a silent improv. Keep it honest and real!!! Don't over-act!!
