Fundraising 101

        With WYD not too far in the future, pilgrim groups are all looking to raise funds to support this project.  Below you will find some hints to help you out.

        Doug Nash of Queensland, Australia has put together a wonderful website about Grassroots Fundraising.  He offers numerous hints and guidelines regarding fundraising, including how to brainstorm, setting up a fundraising calendar, an dhow to solicit new sources for revenue.  It's well worth it to check out the site!

        Believe it or not, there's an entire website and e-book dedicated to how to run a successful car wash fundraiser.  Check it out!

        And I've collected together a pile of fundraising ideas for you to look through.  Remember... not every fundraising idea works everywhere!  You've got to know your community!
