Behind The Red
Available at Animenation, described as "Boogiepop Never Laughs Import Manga 1", the site, as well as
others, are very vague. It seems that there is more
kanji and people are afraid of it, or they are just lazy in trying to see what it is.
We can see from the image above that the red part may be a cover to promote the item even more, but could not one ponder that the true title lies in the characters on the red part?
Red Part:
{small type}: Ogata/Inokata/Okata {We'll go with the first name, Ogata}
{The next two characters are heck to deal with, but I heard it was "kouji"...someone needs to show some furigana to verify!}
{small type}: ga egaku komikku {comic} ban "bugiipoppu wa warawanai" daibou tankoubon
{big type} ihen o sacchi shita toki
bugiipoppu wa arawareru ......
OK, no title there really.
Blue/Purple Text: karaakomikku {color comic} 7P {nana mai/shichi mai} okioroshi!!
No title there either. Unless there is something on the copyright page that we're not seeing, I would just call this book, bugiipoppu wa warawanai 1.

Again, there's the author's name {we know it's the author because below it is the original work {who did the ''original work''.}
The second name is sketchy, not because of the kanji, because I can only can see parts.
