Dual Sticks in a 701

From the first time I saw the 701 and even after I flew one, I did not like the single "Y" stick in the center.

So, about the first thing I did was design my own sticks.  I'm not finished yet, I just ordered two new RAC stick grips with switches in them to control pitch and PT.  My dual sticks are total retro-fit.  My sticks can be removed and the old fashioned single stick can be put in with just a couple of bolts.

Notice both the stick and throttle for the co-pilot are pinned and removable.
