AMBER CERVEZA STYLE (XX)
Dos Equis style, deep mahogany color. This recipe combines light and amber malts along with rice syrup for a full-bodied brew with a smooth hop finish.
CLASSIC ENGLISH PALE ALE
A classic style that will produces light caramel flavors, golden to deep amber color with a crisp hop, all malt, dry bitter finish.
AMERICAN AMBER
Well hopped with a smooth full flavor. This American version of amber ale is rich in taste balanced by an excellent blend of Willamette hops for a great aftertaste and mouth feel.
CONTINENTAL PILSNER
Pale color with full malt flavor. This beer can be enjoyed anytime to quench your thirst. A light beer with the infamous aroma and character achieved by using the Czech Saaz hop.
RED ALE
A medium-bodied brew with a nice red hue. This recipe is as smooth as it gets with nice balance of caramel crystal malts and a touch of dark grain.
AMERICAN CREAM ALE
All malt, straw in color, medium bodied ale with a lightly hopped flavor. A light-bodied beer with plenty of character. By using the Hatiertau hop, it is very easy to drink and a crowd favorite.
AMERICAN MICRO STYLE PALE ALE
Well hopped, full bodied ale. This recipe is designed after the most popular micro pale ales. Good body, golden color and plenty of hops.
ENGLISH BROWN ALE
All malt, dark brown color, full malt flavor, slightly sweet with a hint of hop aroma and bite. Packed with flavor this medium-bodied brew has a malty character surrounded by a nutty aroma with crystal malts providing good balance.
AMERICAN LIGHT
A light ale with a super smooth flavor. This beer goes down easy and is perfect on a hot summer day.
TRADITIONAL EUROPEAN BOCK
Dark with a full malt flavor. Dark in color with a medium body and full taste. This beer is a favorite in the springtime.
IRISH STOUT
Deep dark color and well hopped. Irish style dark ale with full body and flavor with added malto dextrin you will get a creamy head of foam. Dark malts and grains provide for a huge taste.
GERMAN ALTBIER STYLE
Copper color, slightly fruity, bittersweet flavor. A favorite from Germany, an amber colored brew with a nice malty character lightly hopped for true German beer flavor.
GERMAN OKTOBERFEST
Malty copper color treat. Golden color with a nice blend of light malt extract and crystal grains. Medium-bodied, finishing with the Hallertau hop flavor.
WEIZENBIER
All malt, full bodied wheat beer. Wheat malt and Hallertau hops make this recipe a summertime delight that is very easy to drink Light body with a smooth aftertaste.
ROBUST PORTER
All malt, very dark and bitter. A great dark ale combining crystal and chocolate malts for a great tasting brew full of flavor and body.
STEAM-STYLE BEER
All malt, the San Francisco Treat. A steam style beer using light malt extract with light crystal grains, that combine with Northern Brewer hops to complete a great recipe. Light color and medium body.
INDIA PALE ALE
The "Granddaddy" of pale ales. Bittersweet with an assertive maltiness you will grow to love. Big, bold and beautiful with plenty of crystal and victory malt flavors, topped with tons of hops.
SCOTCH ALE
Medium weight recipe balanced to deliver a soft malt palate with a hint of smokiness. This recipe makes a full-bodied brew with a blend of crystal and chocolate malt finishing with the full flavor of Fuggle hops. Great mouth feel, and flavor
CALIFORNIA IMPERIAL PALE
Our take on the popular Arrogant Bastard Ale. The copper-colored brew begins with and intensely rich malt flavor followed by and explosion of hop aroma and bitterness.
RUSSIAN IMPERIAL STOUT
This full-bodied dark brew has an intense roast flavor with a huge malt influence. The slight hop bitterness is offset by a touch of sweetness from the grains.
DORTMUNDER STYLE
This American style Dortmunder is dark gold colored with a mild caramel influence from the crystal malt. The hops drive the taste and help give this brew a nice balance with this big body and great mouthfeel.
AMERICAN NUT BROWN ALE
Balanced with big body and plenty of hop character, this American style Brown Ale has a deep amber to brown color. The slight caramel and chocolate flavors are followed by a nutty aftertaste. Our Bold Series all-malt ingredient kits are big in taste and bold in flavor, not for the weak of heart! These higher alcohol kits come complete with all the ingredients and step-by-step instructions to brew 5 gallons of beer.
