Farah and her new ring in the mirror

Farah is in front of Tsutaya, the Blockbuster of Japan, and a place which we have been patronizing quite a bit lately. Watching videos at home is just about the only sensible thing we can do to survive the cold!

This is what it looks like on a foggy morning from my balcony.

This is our favorite place to buy burgers when we`re in a hurry. They`re good and cheap! The lantern thing says `Aji no mise,` which means, `The Flavor/ Taste Shop.`

It was the strangest expereince I have ever had at a sporting event. The crowd was silent! And, I mean, silent! We watched all ten fights being able to listen to a conversation that was taking place four or five rows back from where we were sitting, if that gives you an idea of just how quiet (creepy) it was in the Saitama Super Arena on Sunday. And at one point, the crowd was even reprimanded by one of the fighters, being told that, 'These matches are boring without your support. Don't just sit there. Make some noise!' And my thoughts were, 'Only in Japan...' haha

We are totally addicted to 24!!! We watched half of season two (twelve hours) this past weekend!
