As acting leader (directly under Capt. O'Hagan), Lieutenant Arcot 'Thorny' Ramathorn is a vital member of this department. Constantly encouring his subordinates to better themselves, Thorny produces a calming effect throughout the deparment. A teacher at heart, Thorny takes pride in his charge - Trooper Robert 'Rabbit' Roto - and is always prepared to set an excellent example.
