Perhaps a terse explanation is in order.
After the idea cleared the conceptual stage, I began with dual chronological and alpha lists. Memories poured out, the lists grew. As I found good sites, I discovered more memories.
Many hours were spent in fruitless searching for data which so far eludes me. The Arizona years are poorly covered; I recall the acts and venues, but when? One hopes to make future contacts resulting in solid data. This could take time, but the search for answers is never ending.

About choice of acts: This list aims to include every musician I've ever seen play live, no matter how valued. You pays your money, you takes your chances.
These days time and money are tight so odds are good I'm only going to see something I really want to see. Back in the day, I would go with friends, or just because it was there and I was curious.
I have begun writing about these shows and will post my notes as soon as I am able, but in the beginning was the list. (then came the hard drive crash, slowing things just a bit)
Chronology to follow (sooner or later). Caveat: some dates are just flat out guesses, but if there is a yyyy.mm.dd it's almost certainly been verified. Soon will come urls of verification.

Much water under the bridge. Not so many shows, though a few, and far too long since this page was edited. Partly because I've had virtually no contact with anyone online about much of anything so since the page is not being looked at it remains unchanged. This will change.

This list has taken weeks of research due to lack of ticket stubs or written journels (lost, gone, stolen, destroyed). Some data was found on my trusty old 'puter, but mostly I had to google my brains out searching for the veritable pot of gold over the rainbow. Old gig lists and tour histories are few and far between, partly because of the sustained effort required, and what are you gonna do with it anyway? But for those of us who like that sort of thing, it's just the sort of thing we like.
"I won't be happy 'till I'm known far and wide, with my face on the cover of the tv guide." hint: I saw the band lead by this singer/songwriter (they're listed). That should narrow it down some.
There were opening acts I had little to no interest in, as well as headliners I liked less than openers. I was much more interested in Commander Cody than in Molly Hatchet, for instance.
