• Midnight black
• as my soul appears
• You creep through a window
• To come dry my tears
  
• I await your presence every night
• Though recently
• it seems you've been out of site
  
• I loved the way you shined
• the way you made me feel
• You gave me piece of mind
  
• Why stay awake
• It doesn't matter anymore
• Now I know you're just fake
  
• When I was down
• I would think of you
• Now you're gone
• and I am here without a clue
  
• of what you're doing
• and how you've been
• So my soul will be black forever
• once again

• Let us become one
• just for one night
