Ms. Li comes up with another violently stupid money-making scheme: Casino Night. She rents a casino boat for one night and opens it to all students and faculty.
Somehow, Jane and Daria end up going, and Quinn gets a date with a movie star, but gets stood up. Helen and Jake go along as chaperones, and Helen winds up getting drunk and taking Mr. O’Neill’s place in a game of poker with Ms. Li, Ms. Barch, and Mr. DeMartino.
Meanwhile, the casino owner's flirtatious wife has captured Jake, and Mr. DeMartino has lost everything due to his obsessive gambing, and Brittany and Kevin, who climbed into a lifeboat to make out, drift away from the casino boat. The coquettish wife gets pushed overboard when a jealous Ms. Barch discovers her flirting with Mr. O'Neill, and Ms. Barch and Mr. O'Neill do the "Titanic" thing at the front of the boat.
All in all, this was a pretty good episode. The end was priceless.
