Larissa
God, she acts like I strap her into the bathtub and perform Chinese Water Torture on her with our dripping faucet. As a matter of fact, nothing would ever get done on this page if Bridget had her way (aka: following link after link until she gets to Sheep Brain Dissection Live Online, at which point she calls me in to look at the “REALLY neat site I found”) And I've also learned to appreciated fanfic. In fact, well, I sort of now love it (the good ones, at least). Its just that the first one I ever read was really, really, really bad, and you know how first impressions are. -Larissa
Bridget
Bridget is the behind the scenes person of The Daria Shrine. She wrote about a third of the profiles and came up with the idea of this “creator info” page. (And wrote it. Could you tell?) She helped come up with the logo, and she and her twin sister Larissa took turns laboriously making it. She can’t remember who came up with the idea for The Shrine. She likes to find images on the web, and her goal is to find an image to go with every episode in the episode guide. She also has a strange affinity for making transparent images.
Robin
Larissa is the determined dictator of The Daria Shrine. She enjoys ordering unfortunate souls like her sister to write character profiles in the middle of English when our “Building Champions Who Make Good Choices” composition is due the next day and her poor sister hasn’t even started. Another way she tortures her sister is by forcing her to go online when her parents have forbidden it, despite her sister’s futile exclamations of, “They’re going to ground us! They’re going to find out and ground us!” (I no longer do this now that they let us go online whenever we want to, Bridget. -L) She also likes reading her many HTML 4 books and is probably pretty much fluent in HTML.
Robin is the only creator of The Daria Shrine who has cable (sniff, sniff), so she is the Official Taper of Episodes. She has her own page for some of her other favorite cartoons, so she doesn’t really have time to edit The Shrine. She does write basic outlines for most of the profiles, and she’ll probably write a lot of the episode reviews on the Episode Guide, since she’s seen the most episodes.
