How To Read Peoples' Minds

This sentence and above subtitle were updated 8/30/9: currently about 60 people are visiting this page per day, but none of them have yet done so for the right reason: they selfishly brag about this site while their works are against this site as they chose mistakes, selfish confusion, and darkness rather than light (Moroni 7.46), and this is of their mental freewill and not about anything their employer nor mind control coercion nor other making them do it.
Imagine if you could read your customer's mind.
Imagine if you knew what your boss was thinking.
Imagine the power you would have if you knew how the other nation was planning their strategies. What if you knew who their spies were? What if you knew what a crook was thinking? What if you knew what the lawyer was planning?
Imagine what you would do if you knew who your potential date was thinking about. Imagine how many other people have thought about the same ideas. Many people seem to have never found the answers they sought, they say they can't read minds.
You can read other peoples' minds. You can gain the advantage, you can read the signs and you can hold the proof.
Many nations have spent countless sums of money for their intelligence works, for defense, and for politics, for the purpose of reading minds. They have studied brain waves, such as with Kirlian photography, EEG, and magnetic resonance.
Decades ago I made some discoveries and invited many people, including those having rare expertise, to see how I used electrical equipment to instantly measure their personal traits, and showed how when they held hands with others, that the results changed. They also saw how results ranged on other things, such as plants and non-living entities. They were amazed, yet you can do much more, with far less equipment.
Spying works toward reading peoples minds. Even similar reading of communications is often surreptitiously accomplished, by a wide variety of detectors, such as by pointing a laser beam at a car window to read vibrations of the conversation inside. Modern spying had it's origins with the telegraph; rather than cut wires, technicians monitored the electrical ground (via moisture in the ground) some distance from the wires on poles, thereby listening-in on the conversations.
Reading minds is beyond listening-in, observing body language, or monitoring personal habits and preferences.
Christians can do much. Even a non-Christian surgeon can cut open a brain, shock a nerve, and cause a finger to twitch.
But reading minds is not so much about motor function, as it is about higher reasoning: Christianity.
Understanding big words, foreign languages, and complex principles can help read minds, but the important part, the personal mindset and immediate plans: the personal motivational reasoning is key to reading peoples minds; (Ref. Sermon on Pain Removal) and that resoning is revealed through Christ.
If you want to read minds, you can start by [reading] understanding Yeis (see above link). How often have you read in the Bible about Jesus Christ knowing their thoughts, and then responding accordingly.
What would you do for Jesus Christ if you could know peoples' thoughts? You don't even have to answer that question, but replace that question with a higher, more vital question: Why don't you try to read Jesus Christ's thoughts?
The kingdom of heaven is within you, use it for the right purpose. To those who have, more shall be given, so read, know and understand what Jesus Christ thinks within yourself. Christ will not leave you without as you abide in Christ.
You can read the saints' best and most important thoughts by reading the mind of Jesus Christ. Focus on that which is right, reliable, good, and honest. Answer rightly, as Jesus Christ would answer. Act wisely, strategize properly, give the proper guidance, and live correctly as Jesus Christ would do.
Know Christ, it's not hard. It's easy, Christ made it easy for you, Christ made himself a living example.
Jesus Christ is a mind reader, you are too.

Update 1/25/9. The above Sermon is of a high PCS rating, very important, as distinguished above this lower PCS rated Update, not that this Update is unworthy nor sinful. The above Sermon is First, and the Second is similar to the First. The above Sermon is for You to dwell in Heaven properly with the Father, and similar to that is Your missionary function for God while you dwell in the world, dealing with applications and useful tools.
Not just any tools and application, rather Your tools and applications for glorifying the Father are the best tools and applications. The Father gives you the best things to get the job(s) done the best way, for Your sake, for best effectual success, for PCS implementation, for most blessings, and for being most similar to providing You with something similar to the comprehensive Heavenly Blessing even while You are on Your worldly mission.
The higher Heavenly Blessing is the faithful mind of our Lord Jesus Christ, and similar is the reading of the minds of other people, even sinful people.
Let us even think on reading minds in this manner in 5 realms:
1. The Mind of Jesus Christ and the Ascended Realm.
2. The Mind(s) of Chosen People Baptised in the Holy Spirit.
3. The Minds of selfish sinners working to deceive for their own gains.
4. The Minds of animals.
5. The Minds of inanimate objects.
Let us continue to dwell of the higher rated first, since the Holy Word is Power and Action, and since Your mission is in the world. In the world if they do not believe Your Holy Words of God, then let them believe because of Your goodly deeds for them to observe. The words of selfishness is not reliable. Yet the Word of God is force, reliable in terms of cause and effect.
The opposite is also true, let Your Holy Action and Power prove or indicate Your Words are Righteous; therefore to read the mind of a sinner is not only to read that mind, yet to read all the world, all causes and all effects. This is accomplished via reading the mind of Jesus Christ.
So to read the mind of some sinner, first read all, therefore first read the mind of Jesus Christ.
What if You want to read the mind of the leader of another nation that might attack Your nation? First reading the mind of Jesus Christ is the finding that it is not only Your nation, yet that the other nation is also Your nation: all are Your nations, You are responsible for all the people and things of each and every nation, and all.
When You talk an inch from a leaf, the leaf blows in your wind. When you talk into a microphone, an oscilloscope a world away where people are listening can show how Your voice changed the energy pattern. Your words have power, when Your words are the Word of God, they have even more power.
You can talk to a flame of energy, and it will obey.
So then when You talk to God or someone or something, there is a correlated proportional response. It's not just about Your properties, it's about their properties and how they hear and how they respond; these are key principles; God would hardly intervene with an act-of-God unless God thinks it is appropriate. So God covenanted principles, and even these apply to all, even to miracles.
When You properly mindread, it is Your Word involved, in mental form. It is Your faith unseen by they eye. Your proper faith is the mind of God, which agrees with the Word of God, which agrees with the Power and Action, even miraculous Power not from any observed source.
So when You want to properly mindread the mind of a leader of another nation, You create thoughts in their mind.
This agrees with the famous Heisenburg Rule Of Uncertainty, the principle that the observer interferes with the observed.
This agrees with the preaching that people can be converted to Christianity. This agrees with the Bible principles of faith that we are to be of One Mind, Spirit, and Soul, One Body in Christ, with Christ at the Head (even with You and We at the Head if You and We are perfect: perfecting comes with Christ).
So to be a perfect mindreader, is to be a perfect Creator.
Instruments are learning to read even the thoughts of people. Without eyes, ears, nose, fingers, tongues, nor nose, people can learn these things too, according to how they hear, that is, according to their thinking about faith in the Father, and according to their being properly faithful.
Be the mindreader, rather be the Creator blessing others.
If a person stumbles into a ditch, would you help them and pull them out? Go and read their mind, fix if appropriate, yet have mercy rather than sacrifice, allow them to learn at their own pace somewhat rather than force feed them improperly.
Rather than take their minds away from them, give freely, lest Your own faith be shaken unmercifully.
Let not Your mindreading be a one way ticket, rather give of yourself appropriately, slyly if necessary, yet for their sake and not for their selfish sakes. Be for their correction and enlightenment properly. Let them into Your mind appropriately, though do not fall prey to deceit. Rather rely on the Word of God, and the Mind of God. And do not fall into divers paths astray from Your proper mission.
Seek God, and when appropriate, when so assigned of God, seek the minds of the lost to save them, rather than to follow their lost ways.
Mend Your own feelings with the Word of the Lord, that Your own feelings become formidable, founded on love, and grounded in love. Build Your empire properly.

Now you know how to read minds, you know how to read the mind of Jesus Christ, and therefore the minds of those One with Jesus Christ, such as evidently the author of the Bible Book Of John, and similar.
Keeping Jesus Christ in mind, and not keeping sin in mind, Jesus Christ would not leave you ignorant nor helpless as you continue to search His Holy Way; therein Jesus Christ would not leave the other undone in you: the ability to read confused and deceptive minds, such as toward their healing, and such as toward better communicating with them within their ability to understand your preaching, and such as for the quickening of their converting unto Christianity.

This site was built for others, for outward unselfish love for others, but as of today, so far each person of the world having been invited to come to read this site for the greater glory of Jesus Christ, has obviously and evidently chosen to use this information too selfishly (see other ICCDBB Sermons on circular reasoning), though some small amount of loving leadership has been noted.
If love, then the burden is light. If little or no love is tied to this mind reading, but if instead self love is substituted similar to how too much salt on a meal ruins the taste, then the mind reader may expect to realize many unpleasant effects due to their own mental interferences.
There is another concern too. Consider a normal person in the midst of normal people typically. But then consider that same normal person in the midst of a certain group of experts typically, such as in the midst of security experts. The normal person is suddenly not normal to the group. If somebody is rocking the boat, it can be dangerous and people can get upset. Selfishness might stop the person from rocking the boat, yet better is to cease and desist of rocking due to outward loving concern for the others in the boat, for their lives.
Such pattern could continue, to cease any rocking, but if to continue too much, the body would no longer move nor breathe, it would cease. Therefore rather the Christ has a better plan, the righteous trend. It is a plan for you to improve without making too many unpleasant waves, if any.
People are in situations, a person might say "East" while another says "West" and that alone per se makes neither right nor wrong. Being personally judgmental is strongly not recommended, save a very small amount, as a child might rightly think. If you have positions of responsibility, then [judge or] reason within those limits of such positions, and otherwise you may think without judgment.
If you can read a mind, consider the Lord and others may also so read you and your intents.
The number of people visiting this site yesterday, Thursday, according to one counter, was 100. That means 100 new people per day may be looking at you. They are not likely looking to terrorize you as much as they are looking in admiration, they are looking to you for loving leadership, to guide them properly toward the Christ.
For you to selfishly reject a person without proper positional authority, is toward your personal loss. Don't victimize people wrongly, God isn't pleased when his Chosen are terrorized.
Mind reading is hardly about spoken words and pics, yet it is helpful in indicating for thinking.
You may understand faith comes by hearing of Christ, and hearing comes of Christ. Yet in mind reading (also see ICCDBB Sermons on body language, and on DNA) consider also the verse from the Third Testament 3 Nephi 20.45, the last part of that verse: "that which they had not heard shall they consider."
Grow properly strong in loving faith of the Holy Word Of Jesus Christ, yet get ready for an even more excellent Way!

Concerning the recent 12/4/9 update, it is true there are many people increasingly realizing the more important of needful things via visiting this ICCDBB site (also the following non-affiliated site provides contextual information concerning pertinent Luke 10), and it is true as the recent 12/4/9 update stated "They are not likely looking to terrorize you as much as they are looking" for you to guide them "guide them", though this quoted material might confuse some readers so could use further explaining with respect to the following: many are called but few are chosen, Matthew 22:14.
In worldly numbers, some counters might be used to count people (or at least computers, indirectly then by people typically currently, see other ICCDBB Sermons on advancing computers). More importantly in more Heavenly terms, each (see ICCDBB Sermon on the "Uniform Code of God") person born is a blessing, and a blessing infers talent, such as a talent to bless, along with other talents, such as a talent to love. So each (ibid.) accordingly to their God given talents bless, and to so properly bless infers that God so chose (created Deuteronomy 30.15, as God(s) Genesis 3.5, and [rather accept as innocent] children Deuteronomy 1.39) such vessels as importunities that such people choose to become innocent children, though not to remain childish (1 Corinthians 13.11).
Such sets a beautiful prequel to the stage of more important works of Jesus Christ and the Chosen. Even importantly are the steps. Consider there is not typically merely a second floor, rather there is a first ground floor and then there is a second higher floor when proper (if not proper, selfishly, then not gathering for God, then as to fall as the tower of Babel, Genesis 11), an upstairs. If to have an upstairs, then that you prepare that others safely easily ascend: up the ramp for some, up stairs for more talented and more able, even so rather up the elevator...rather an even more excellent Way, for Jesus Christ the risen.
A person can waste a lifetime doing wrongly for their self or for others similarly wrongly selfish, or a person can do for Jesus Christ (properly for all and not for evil, Matthew 5.17) including not leaving the other undone. In context, a person can build mind reading ramps for their self or their selfish clique, or for all fairly and reasonably for Jesus Christ.
Perhaps you don't need extra signs and wonders to properly "guide them" (Blessed are the people who have not seen and yet have believed, John 20.29). Yet even so, there are signs and wonders now, you are free to add these to your collection. And how will you know if these are on the right path toward and for Jesus Christ?: when you see their behavior and their deeds, you will be consoled (Ezekiel 14.22).
There were not only wrong things built, there were also tents raised unto the Lord, and there were houses built in the Promised Land and elsewhere to protect families of the Chosen. There also used to be large sturdy structures, forts, two stories tall. They were enormous, able to contain many people, much grain, and many provisions. Then people built with steel and learned new and better proper ways, not only of construction, yet some learned better ways for the Lord Jesus Christ. Some of the Chosen learned not only to read, yet also to write properly, and more. More than to merely interpret properly, people can learn more, and better, for Jesus Christ the eternal Holy Way, the example for us all.
In the old days, proper was [and is when appropriate] as a tent for the people, the Bible [the Old Testament], given by God, and written [and given] by the Chosen, the Leaders of civilization. Then people properly advanced mentally to the second story so to speak, to the Second Testament. Then similarly to the Third and Fourth Testaments properly mentally for the energetic Holy Jesus Christ.
Words became no longer limited to writings and the letter of the law. Laws were written, yet when proper the new can replace the old, not to throw away the old, rather to keep the old preserved for reference, and to add the new when appropriate that people may better understand in terms and language normal to their lives and needs, respectful of Jesus Christ: their personal and their positional relationship with Jesus Christ, in the wordings and symbols and energies and oneness Jesus Christ loves, and not to merely otherwise repeat the words "In the beginning", "In the beginning", "In the beginning", "In the beginning",...forever and ever.
Preserve the words written in stone, yet enlighten with love written in the heart.
The brain and the body are active in the day, yet tied to timing the heart is always active (see other ICCDBB Sermons on the heart and on artificial hearts). Prepare. Whose is your mind when you sleep?, What shall be told your heart, when you are not awake?, yet rather awaken, arise in your heart, in your soul, in the things, rather in the key things and thing that is important in you, your living spirit, that part of you that is hardly yours, rather belonging to Jesus Christ, able to use your heart or not, able to use your brain or not, able to survive, able to change your hair color and modify your years. Let Jesus Christ prevail over all parts of your energy vessels, over all of your energy vessel, and thereof rather outwardly, not that you longsuffer loss, rather that you longsuffer gain for the Lord Jesus Christ, that you rejoice, rather that you immediately typically always give God the glory in all cases as God already suffered the cross for us and so deserves the glory, and rather God already made greater realms of glories for us and invites us even though we are hardly worthy save of being for Jesus Christ all the more [and save for the miracle that is Jesus Christ].
Many are called to believe the First Testament, but of that group relatively few actually arrive in their mind(s). Many are called to visit and dwell on the next higher level, the Second Testament, but few are chosen to actually dwell there, per their own sins. Many have been called to rise from the Second, to rather dwell in the next higher Third Testament, though of that number relatively few actually do so. And so on is the calling, to rise and go forth and abide faithfully in truth, love, and peace ([rise stand] Shake off your dust; rise up, sit [down] enthroned, Isaiah 52.2) for Jesus Christ.
So many are invited though at each higher level there are fewer (not saying leaps of faith are impossible, rather preferred). Within each Testament there are books, branches, steps, or helps, to help people advance in faith, to have better faith for Jesus Christ. Each little step can help, though according to the individual person's ability to receive, some per ramps, some per rockets. To put stairs inside an elevator does not typically make sense (see other ICCDBB Sermons on protecting the boss or experts from important though lower priority matters, better handled at that level normal to the matter(s)).
Some people leapt and/or stepped higher and rose from non-1st Testament to 1st Testament, some rose from 1st to 2nd, some from 2nd to 3rd, and so on. Of these people, in sum, the few per steps together are many, the few have become many. In counterbalance the many selfish minds become few, toward becoming one mind, the Mind Of Jesus Christ.
Also greater is the flow from a person, Jesus Christ, to many people of the few and the other few and more few people rising.
These in current terms are measurable entities. These are social groupings, these are religious matters that can be monitored. Sum standards can be derived, and the mind of the people can be monitored in light of the rate of advancing (see recent ICCDBB Sermon [on Page 12] Holy Speedometer).
What good is it to know their minds?, it is goodly to know how fast the rate of progression is because if we find it is not quickly enough, then we can consider how we might improve the rate of progression. In other words, if we know how to improve the enlightening rate, then we would typically do so.
So from the original part of this mind reading Sermon was taught how to read perfect mind(s), the Mind Of Jesus Christ. And now we also gain clear insight as to how to read some other minds.
Aside from the Chosen, there are also terrorists and lazy people, sinners. Instead of viewing missionary work as if to go into or toward hell in order to try to convert them, per se, in historical former terms alone, we now are aware of an even more excellent Way in Christ Jesus. Knowing how to read the mind of Point A (Jesus Christ), and also knowing how to monitor the minds between (Point(s) B) Point A and Point C (the newborn blessings), we are better able to understand how to read and monitor more than historically in the world, though there are important guides given us via the longsuffering of the Chosen People Of Israel.
Long ago at times very loving faithful people wrote things and the best of the writings were entered into a Book of writings, Genesis. Later more such excellent writings formed the 1st Testament, and the 2nd, and so on. Also during those times, writings were dropped, deleted, or otherwise no longer included in the Bible. Much was reasonably according to the mind(s) of the faithful, lovingly wanting future generations to receive such blessings.
Though this is not to leave the other undone. Aside from the mind and the intent of the faithful mind, many things were evidently not included in the Bible due to various reasons such as due to laziness at times (3 Nephi 23.11), and such as due to weather making some records illegible. It is important to wisely become aware increasingly: God is aware, so let us become aware, hence that we come to agree with God.
If to monitor the progress of the mind, then to also have relevance on the digression or sin of sinners.
In better modern terminology already proven in the world to some extent is pertinent quality assurance. To so trace such methodology properly, is to optimize the aspect. To mind read can have advantage over writings, though rather than to minimize such, rather to further such optimally. Similarly as a TV is typically considered more advanced than a radio, so too mind reading is more advanced than writings, even so, at times it is more fitting to listen to the radio than to watch TV.
