Jessica De Alkirk is the daughter of the Mayor of Maribia, Mel. Mel is very large and hairy, but he still loves his little girl. Jess is the rival and wife (can you believe unlikely couples) of Kyle. She spends most of her time arguing with Kyle. I can certainly see that the saying is true, opposites attract for Jess and Kyle is as opposite as can be.
