You spot the Cove as you sail through the waters of Urth. You continue to sail until you reach the shore. As you walk onto the sandy beach of the Cove, you see a bulky warrior with a sword securely in hand. When you get close enough, you realize it is Arik, Avatar of Sauron. Arik approachs you. "Who goes there?!" You answer, quite scared..."Just a visitor, touring the Urth. I love this peice of land, so peaceful." Arik grins. "Not when the other Dino-Gods are around. Looks like everything is back to the way it used to be, before Necrosan. Sauron is off at The Tomb hoping to dismantle Vertigo and take her palace...You seem pretty harmless, would you like a tour of the Cove?" You smile at the invitation. "Sure would", you tell Arik. And thus you begin your tour of The Cove. As Arik leads you through the soft sand of the Cove, he begins his touring. He points to a huge jagged rock sticking out of the water. You spot some followers of Sauron bowing to it. "That is the sacred rock which Sauron impaled Talon threw, to win this land for his own. The people around it worship it because of the meaning it has. We believe that if the rock is dis-respected, the Cove will have forever bad luck, most likely killing us all." Arik grins and looks behind at you. "That is, us Cove people." You nod, and follow Arik. He leads you to a small boat, almost like a canoe. He hops in. "Come on, we don't got all day here. When Sauron comes back he's gonna be hungry." You quickly obey the Avatar, and get in the boat. As you row you notice how beautiful the Cove truely is. Before you know it, the boat hits shore, and you look up, to see another huge rock, but its surrounded by an island. You notice rows of holes, up and down the gigantic rock. Arik looks at you. "As you probably have guessed, this is where all the followers of Sauron live. Except for me, of course...I live in a more luxurious keeping." You look in one of the holes, and notice a rugged follower, sleeping. The holes are decent sized, yet they had lots of puddles, some holes looked like half-filled pools rather than a home. "Must get a lot of floods" You mention. "Yep, almost everyday. But, they deal with it." Arik says. "It's almost sun-set, we better get going." Arik adds. You again obey, and hop in the boat, as Arik begins rowing back to the shore of the Cove. When you reach it, yourself and Arik get out, and walk to a pretty big pointy rock sticking out of the sand. There is a little hole carved into it, and your able to make out that its a door. Arik puts his hand through the door hole, and pulls it open. You see that the door leads to a swerving stairway, going up. "Follow me" Arik adds, as he starts up the stairs. You follow, and after a flight of stairs, there is a room full of gold and riches, battle weapons, and a soft and comfortable bed. "This is my little dwelling area.", Arik says. "Of course, since I'm so busy with the dutys that Sauron gives me, I only get to spend time in here when I go to bed." Arik points to a sword which is hanging above his bed. "That is the sword that went through Necrosan's vile bones. I remember it as a key item to Necorsan's defeat." Arik smiles. "We better get going." You don't want to leave this room of kings, but, you know you must. You follow Arik down the stairs, and out of his rock. You start back to where you first made your appearence. You glance at Arik. "What about that temple? Any meaning to that?" "Not really" Arik continues, "Sauron has swung a couple of the Dino-Gods into it a couple of times, that's why it's about to fall. It was just there when Sauron captured this land." "Oh" You say, sounding surprised there is no meaning to the temple. When you reach the area you came in, you see your boat still waiting on you. "I would have given you a better tour, but Sauron should be here soon, and he don't really take kindly to company." You smile. "That was a tour good enough for me." You add. "Thanks for visiting.", Arik says. You shake hands, And with Arik's help, you get the boat back sailing to the sea, hoping to spot another land to take a tour of. As you wave goodbye to Arik, you here a loud, distant roar. Got out of there just in time, you think, with a smile. Off to your next destination.
