1.THE BIBLE
I believe that the Bible is the inspired and infallible Word of the living God. I believe that it is God breathed, and is perfect for the teaching, uplifting, and instruction for everyone. I remember a something cool thing that I heard....BIBLE= Basic Information Before Leaving Earth!!!! There are no other Scriptures aside from the Holy Bible.
2. GOD
I believe in what the Scriptures teach us about the triune God. God is One. HE IS THE ONLY TRUE GOD. THE EVERLASTING FATHER. That He loved the world so much , that He sent His only son, to bear the burden and pay the price for our sins. God is Spirit. God is Love. By Him, all things were made, and by Him; all that is, is, and by Him all things are sustained.
3. JESUS CHRIST
Jesus Christ is the only begotten Son of God, indeed He is God Almighty, who took upon Himself a body of flesh, was born of a virgin just as scripture had prophesied, that He came to earth out of HIS IMMEASUREABLE LOVE for mankind. That He lived a SINLESS and PERFECT life, that HE SHED HIS PRECIOUS BLOOD UPON THE CROSS OF CALVARY FOR THE SINS OF MANKIND, THAT ANYONE WHO BELEIVES ON HIS NAME SHALL BE SAVED, THAT HE DIED AND THEN ROSE AGAIN ON THE THIRD DAY!, conquering sin and death, and that HE IS COMING AGAIN (soon I might add!)to bring unto Himself all of those who have accepted Him and His gift of eternal life. I beleive that it is absolutly essencial to have a very personal, intimate relationship with Him, to have ones name written in the Lambs book of life!
4. HOLY SPIRIT
The Holy Spirit is the third member of the Trinity, the Holy God, and is given to everyone who believes, and calls upon the name of the Lord. He is given to us to lead us, guide us, uplift us; and without a PERSONAL RELATIONSHIP with the Spirit of God, living a Christ centered life, is impossible. It is through the Holy Spirit that all of the Spiritual Gifts and Fruits of the Spirit are manifest and possible in the life of the believer.
5. SIN
Just as the scriptures teach, everyone on this earth is guilty of sin. No-one is righteousness. Sin separates us from God. We must repent and call upon the name of the Lord. Christ has paid the penalty for our sins, which is death and eternal separation from our God.
6.SALVATION
Salvation is available to all who accept the FREE GIFT of Gods Amazing Grace, and is given to anyone who will simply ask Christ to come into their lives; and ACCEPT HIM as their Lord and Savior. I believe that John 3;16 is true!!!!!!!!!
7. BAPTISM WITH THE HOLY SPIRIT
I believe that everyone who has committed their lives to Christ, has been baptized by emersion in the name of the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit are baptized with the Holy Spirit.
I believe that all those who are in Christ Jesus should watch and pray always, looking forward to the great day when our Lord will call us unto Himself. I fully believe in the rapture of the church, and by revelation chapter 5, believers are before the throne of God, and most of the "end time events" commonly called "The wrath of God" will not effect believers.
I hold a pre-tribulation view concerning the rapture of the church. I believe that scriptures clearly show that believers who have committed their lives to Christ, and are walking daily in a personal relationship with the Lord, and are looking forward to the day that we are "caught up" to meet our lord in the air" do not need to worry about even being here for the "fiery test", and will be with Christ when the antichrist appears. 10. ETERNAL SECURITY
I believe that all who are in Christ Jesus HAVE eternal security. The fifth and eighth chapter of Romans are but a few scriptures that show us our security! Words such as "have been", "We have" "have gained" and "shall be"saved.....no maybes here!!!! I believe that all who accept Gods gift of eternal life HAVE SECURITY!..
