To start concerning Fairies [and Angels], JESUS Christ invited a Child to be Exemplar in the midst of the People. A Person [currently not yet counted in the census (example innocent until proven other, and such as fingerprints and footprints might apply)] Biblically becomes a Person at conception (see older Sermons in this Series on zygote [though hundreds of Sermons were removed by others]).
So in the Faith as in Purgatory is that if a zygote passes away [allowing for now that Angelic is associated with wings] that in Purgatory Spirits Level the zygote would appear Healthy: Praise The Lord [as much as the zygote would opt to not stray and if Ascending Best For All]. So in the Spirits the little Fairies would exist. First is the Faith amount, then the manifesting in the flesh. So Purgatory has Higher Levels though the Census today also is with JESUS Christ Faith. And in Purgatory and in Census there are also pertinent amounts of Faith.
If You were a zygote that suffered death pains, would You be anxious to repeat the census?, no. So Fairies are very rare, Save if You make Heaven On Earth!
JESUS said in 3 Nephi 27:15 "And for this cause have I been lifted up; therefore, according to the power of the Father I will draw all men unto me, that they may be judged according to their works".
