JESUS Christ said Words Perfectly, Perfecting All; and the Work Of JESUS Christ is the Good For All Power in His Name, Spirit, and Words. JESUS Christ is for Gathering Together All for to become merely 1.
The last part of John 5:3 and verse John 5:4 are not in many translations: Pulpit Commentary calls it "idea of magical cure, without moral significance, and attributes such cure to angelic" such as good angels and other fallen angels, and similarly is in Ellicott's Commentary "the Ultimate Cause of all, even without the knowledge of intermediate links; or to trace these links, and express them in so-called laws, and make these abstract laws lifeless" (https://biblehub.com/john/5-3.htm).

yet rather to broadcast as JESUS Christ Invited for Best For All, with Power [including remote Healing Power] In The Words You Type on the Internet therefore to type JESUS Christ's Words of Key Importance.
Do We have to measure the "remote Healing Power"? Rather His Faithful continue Preaching Faithfully For All to be JESUS Christ Highest Level, even so if pertinent then "measure" such (Main Page Definitions "JIA" such as the recent Summer Survey "99%" Good [therefore 1% stained by the world yet in JESUS Christ the silent majority can do better than formerly].
Behold what happens after-the-fact: a Person might complain about the results.
Though if unaware that something is happening Before The Fact, then hardly able to complain since later a Person might find it is what They had Most Hoped!
