Description: Brhandt is the classic Clint Eastwood. He is not an outlaw but does not live entirely by the law either. The laws I am talking about are the Coalition's laws. In his rebellion against these laws, he has classified himself in among a growing number of other people like him. He is not arrogant though. He can be cool and calm and then suddenly explode on you with surprising speed. He will not tolerate defeat. He is not one that can be made mad very easily. But watch out if you do happen to make him angry...
