Ingredients
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 pkg instant lemon pudding
3 eggs
1 cup orange juice
Icing:
1 1/2 cups confectioners sugar
2 Tbs. butter
1/3 cup lemon juice
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Instructions:
In a mixing bowl combine cake mix, oil and lemon pudding &
orange juice
Add in eggs one at a time mixing well.
Pour batter into a greased square baking pan.
Bake for 40 - 45 minutes; remove from oven and cool
Combine icing ingredients, poke a few holes in the cake and pour
over top once cooled, or use lemon glaze
